Having a dog has never been so popular. We had our dog Holly arrive 3-years ago at Christmas and she has enriched family life significantly. We take her everywhere including to the beach hut.
So what about dogs at the beach?
There are a few restrictions on the beaches at Walton-on-the-Naze as to where dogs can go which owners need to be aware of.
Most of the beaches are okay to go on with your dog and there are usually signs advising whether dogs are welcome ....or not. The absolute authority is Tendring District Council and the links which tell you exactly where the restrictions are.
